Trying to fix the RROD can be difficult and frustrating. Especially when you're not sure what to do or why the red lights are on. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some tips on how to fix the RROD. That way, your Xbox 360 will be repair permanently.
The tips on fixing the red rings of death are:
1. Send To Microsoft. This is the first tip on fixing the RROD. You can send your Xbox 360 to Microsoft and they will fix it for you for free if it's still under warrant. If your game system isn't under warranty anymore, Microsoft will charge you over $100.
Also, it'll take them a long time to repair it. It could take several weeks for you to get your console back.
2. Deal With Cooling System. This is another tip on how to fix the RROD. In order to repair your Xbox, you have to keep it from overheating. That's the reason why your game system has the red rings. It happens to a lot of Xbox consoles.
3. Fix it Yourself. This is the best way to fix the red rings of death on your Xbox 360. It's simple and easy to repair. I'll share a video with you in a second on what to do, step by step. All you will need is a few household tools, the guide, and about 50 minutes.
